Does anyone have any idea why the payout ratio is so low (maybe increase from 33% to 50%), when the cash reserves are already so high. They haven't mentioned any spending plans, so what are they planning to do with the cash reserves? It has been growing for the last few years. If they wish to save for a rainy day they can still do it with a higher payout ratio.
Not mad about it more a curiosity.
