Nissan agree that speculating on why JD has sold (or for that matter transferred) does not change the current position of where 4DS is at. You might also speculate why Southern Investments sold some $6mill shares. They still hold a large amount and JD's holding is still substantial.
The rest of your points showing the big picture are more relevant.
There has also been posts speculating on a cash raising as cash balances are just over $4 mill. This is still comfortably enough to drive through the next 6 months. Even if there was a raising to say put in an extra $5 mill, this would only result in a dilution of under 3%(issuing say 35 mill shares at 14-16 cents against are current share base of some $ 1.3 bill). Suspect this would be gobbled up if it were to occur.
10 years of solid development and 2.5 years with IMEC is putting 4DS close to the finishing line of 4DS's long held objective of delivering a fully functioning Megabit Chip and selling/commercialising the IP and related product.
