The problem here is, you've invested using Superhero. The shares are held on Superhero's HIN and not your own. Thereofre Superhero got the new ORE shres on their shared HIN. The sell and rebuy is something Superhero did. You would really need to talk to them. This is how they offer cheaper brokerage. They effectively own the shares on your behalf.
