Can’t understand why companies favor giving more to underwriters who already pocketed generous fees and upside bonuses.
Why not reward loyal small shareholders not wishing to be as diluted …. rather than having them take it up the a$$ from fatcat underwriters who will likely drop the windfall shares faster than an escort drops her knickers.
FZO is a good company.
But this was pretty poor form.
