How good is he at negotiating if there are no results 9 months after he promised them? Not even a single MOU with the understanding they are working toward a binding contract. To me this is a big red flag. All up and down Aus small mining projects of various commodities you see Chinese companies signing MOUs to indicate interest in progressing the relationship. Lithium, vanadium, IO, graphite etc etc Sure not all of them convert, but many of them do - and they generate interest in the project from shareholders and other potential customers.
