3 possibilities
1. seller is in the know and the stock is S***house and its going lower or
2. wants to scare the BEj###us out of nervous punters so someone can accumulate...ie underwriters
3. stock is neutral they just want/need cash or hanging around isnt worth the opportunity cost
its only 5.7 mill not mega cash BUT is 20% of the big day out
