Great Post MrT
I think something that wasn't explained enough during all the flippin EBITDA bridges is what the EBITDA etc would have looked like for BOTH 21 & 22 if the Olympics had gone ahead when it should have (2020). The result would have been more normalized profit for 21 & higher than forecast profit for 22. As most shares are priced on trajectory as opposed to where they have been this would make a big difference in terms of buying Physhce going forward.
I wonder how share price would have reacted after the results if they could have announced todays announcement prior to the earnings call. I think if we as shareholders had known one of the reasons for the increase in programming for 22 was a new deal with HBO content I think we would have been a little more forgiving? As with this in play I believe a streaming growth story a whole lot more.
Also, how many other company's are currently NOT giving guidance for 22 and yet are experiencing share price growth anyway??
How good is it that SKY can? And its actually believeable?
Am i wrong?
