PAGE 3 "Applications for Shares can only be submitted on an Application Form sent with a copy of this Prospectus by the Company."
PAGE 5 "The Offer under this Prospectus is made only to those Applicants that the Company
sends a copy of the Prospectus to, together with an Application Form. There is no
minimum subscription."
This says to me the offer is only made to anyone who the company chooses to send the paperwork too. Unusual that they don't mention a "holding as at" date.
