Growing old is a privilege afforded to only few in society.

It is a mandatory part of our journey
but growing up however is optional

We have plenty of experience on what being young or middle aged is all about
but no middle aged or young'uns know anything about being old

Play your cards right and you too will grow old

put your mask on and change your nappies
