I get it that Aaron Banks has 15 million shares in VRX, which I presume related to Muchea. But I'm asking why he decided to sell a jewel like Muchea and not to develop it himself somehow. In our BFS, it's clear that Muchea will account for something like half of the revenue/profit of VRX if it gets into production, maybe even more if the premium sand is priced higher. Muchea could easily be a company on its own. So why would AB go to SUV to work on another WA sand deposit (probably not as good as Muchea) and an undeveloped kaolin deposit ?

All IMHO
