from the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting:

The Company wishes to maintain as much flexibility as possible to issue further equity securities in the
future, in particular in order to allow the Company to issue additional securities in connection with the
proposed initial public offering in the United States and concurrent listing on the NASDAQ, as announced
to the market through ASX on 10 May 2021 (IPO). However the Company advises that the number of
securities and Shares that may be offered, the price for such instruments and the timing of the offering
under the proposed IPO have not yet been determined, and the Company has not yet made a final
decision in respect of the proposed IPO and NASDAQ listing

I guess issuing more shares for the NASDAQ listing might create some momentum? But I'm not sure if Novonix needs the extra money right now...
I'd like to buy more shares, but not sure how I feel about buying them before the NASDAQ listing. Am just curious about what other people's thoughts are.
