    I smell a take over.

    It's a guess based on:

    A. Manufacturing head gone, position filled internally.
    B. CFO gone, position filled internally. This is the biggest sign. I guess SI helped Muntner find the new role.
    C. Not a sniff of a trial by MSB and trials are definitely needed. They are well manned/womanned for trials and have a whole lot of dudes/dudettes doing nothing after finishing 4 x P3 trials. Fred jumped early in late 2020 saying they would hop right on it. The only way they would stall is if it's part of a takeover/partnership. If it was a partnership, they might start the trial(s) anyway and finish the paperwork later so I tend towards deal/takeover.
    D. Time is of the essence and MSB is doing a whole lot of nothing. I challenge their competency, but I don't challenge their drive and determination. They have been going full tilt for a long time. There has to be a good reason to grind to a halt. The deal could be the only thing. Doing nothing is not part of the DNA, yet zero progress updates on everything that is not immediately critical.
    E. Zip on 3D manufacturing. Don't underestimate this - but if the new owner has more expertise then why would MSB bother reinventing the wheel.

I reckon SI would be a pain in the arse to cut a deal with. He probably wants his fingers in everything and assurances and exceptions all over the place. Jewish people have a reputation in negotiating - shalom to you SI - all will be forgiven if you make me rich.

I also believe the deal will be finalised in the 'next few weeks' - take that to the bank!!
