Why do you people attack Christos12 when he is just telling the truth and informing you.

I sit back and just shake my head at your ignorance, or perhaps just a drowning person clutching at straws.

AGL's management have failed us all miserably, their contingency is to roll the dice on telco/phone/internet and home insurance.

AGL has completely lost it's market share and is soon to lose it's Generation assets, completely, within 5 years, remember my post.

IF the demerger goes ahead then ACCELL will be effectively worthless (which is the Board's intent). AGL has a market cap of 4.6 Billion so lets say New AGL gets 3 Billion and ACCELL gets 1.6 Billion.

Now divide the number of New AGL shares by it's MC of 3 Billion.

Then divide the number of ACCELL shares by it's MC of 1.6 Billion less it's rehabilitation costs of 2 Billion plus, it's trading whilst insolvent.

New AGL in the meantime has more than 150 new competitors actually already feeding the grid with technology they cannot comprehend and have failed to forward plan and implement.

I say these things, not to be nasty or negative, I only ask you all to remember this when you vote at the AGM.
