Whilst I to am concerned about the number of shares on the market I am definitely more comfortable CXY negotiating its non core business deals / Management / Director remuneration with shares rather than cash.
For a start it gives you confidence the recipient actually believes in the company's future, and secondly it keeps money in the bank for real operations.
Goes without saying the current market destroys any company with high levels of debt, i'm extremely pleased Len runs the business on an oily rag. Who knows where the share price would be if Len consistently went to the market for every deal going.
