Singh I’m also a previous holder. I originally thought
of Mayne as a great company. It’s a household name.
It was a long term buy for me but the more investigating
I did the more problems I found and I picked up more and
more info from this forum. When I heard about E4 I thought
wow this sounds pretty good but people like Pat pointed
out costs, how many shares were donated to Mithra. Then
Nuvaring and the delays after delays. It started reeking of
incompetent management. Teva deal debacle-same guy
in charge who presided over what would have seen this
company in administration if there wasn’t a CR and it had
been funded by debt. I guess to warn people and to give an
opposing opinion to someone like Charts who means well
but does so even when faced with the prospect he may be
wrong about Mayne. He’s only just beginning to acknowledge
that the promised blue sky is MIA. I don’t trust management.
I’m not short on Mayne. Would I invest again? With current
management absolutely not. Would I trade Mayne? Possibly
but only on a short term basis if it was clearly oversold but I
definitely wouldn’t hang around on the register because the
same guy who created the mess remains firmly entrenched
in charge and is an atrocious communicator who deliberately
keeps share holders in the dark because he never has any
positive news for share holders. He casts out the bait by talking
up new products and keeps people holding and hoping. Mayne
has been badly diluted and somehow he holds his position still
he hangs in there despite the rage felt by LT share holders. I’ll
trade if I see an opportunity to make a quick buck but essentially
the fundamentals remain the same. I hope that helps you a little
