From my experience, after last patient finishes treatment the data base will be locked and the data UNBLINDED (to the analysts only). They will then do the analysis. [How in the heck can they do the analysis on 'pooled' data.]
The FDA are not interested in the 'pooled' data. We will know after the analysis, whether our two primary end points have shown statistical significance or not.
That is the info the FDA needs - and so do we.
