I suspect that there could be a fair bit of stock overhanging the market once RC and his mate are off the Board.
Will he hang around and wait for the results of the class action?
Not likely - rather, he'll put a lot of miles between himself and any suggestions of incompetence, misleading statements or plain stupidity.
In politics it's called plausible deniability or scapegoating!!!!
Ask yourself whether the class action is frivolous or not.
Then ask yourself about the consequences for the company.
More uncertainty????
Like I said previously, I expect MYX to trade lower - into 20-25c range.
