Thanks Gd, this article is very interesting. It shows the development as long term, but hedges by saying that every milestone reached could create a surge of development that fast tracks the next milestone.
back in the 90s, we used to talk in dog years for computer development ie 1 dog year is equivalent to 7 human years.
QC could double this especially with the development of AI.
