I’m really enjoying the stagnation of the SP at the moment.
Its pent up and coiled not to dissimilar to some HC posts . Things are moving and once we are given that final green light then it will all seem so worth it - the wait that is .
Try and enjoy this part of it , we are close then we will have a whole list of other things to consider throughout the construction phase .
