I am confused ... the bill i $27.5M to drill Fish
If the intention is to raise $15.5M from MEC (ASX:MMR); added to the previous capital injection of $7M from The Talbot Group, why has Advent engaged Pareto to do a capital raising? By my calculation, they are a mere $5M short of their capital requirement for Fish - surely they could execute a local private placement to the tune of $5M for this opportunity
