Using your flawed method here's what Sweden looks like relative to
neighbours who acted more competently and more responsibly:
Sweden: 10,172,000 [ 0.143964%]
Finland: 5,550,677 [0.01834%] - one eighth the rate for Sweden
Denmark: 5,815,792 [0.04431%] - two sevenths the rate for Sweden
Norway: 5,470,234 [0.014881%] - one tenth the rate for Sweden
