I 100% agree with what you say SOB, and I think you could see a takeover offer in the next 6 to 12 months if NMS remains at its current price.
On that basis alone I expect the price to continue surging upto a p/e multiple of between 15 t0 18 of historical eps. This was reported as around 8.1 cents (i think), but was calculated using a weighted average number of shares on issue for the year- and therefore only included a tiny bit for the capital raising.
Assuming no profit growth, eps in FY 10 on the new shares on issue will be about 6.1 cents. So if they achieve anything like the profit growth they've done in the past- and they now have greater scale, and greater opportunity, eps could be between 8 and 10 cents in FY 10. On this basis I would expect the price to trade upto $1.50 over the next 12 months. If it doesn't, then it could very well be the subject of a takeover.
I also want to be in for as long a term as possible and become rich, but the positive way of looking at all of this is that our downside risk is very minimal
.
The way it is growing NMS, should now be trading above a p/e of 15.
