I feel really sorry for those that bought shares at 4.5c average ~50 odd days back. Around 18% of the issue traded that day.

IMO it is a very poor show that directors release multiple positive anns to the market, and then blindside new investors with a ridiculously discounted SPP a few weeks later.

I think the net balance sheet position is around 5.1m and the market cap at 3c will be 4.8m. At 2c cap is ~3.2m.

A very poor show. Not like MGK is debt distressed to require such a discount. I quite liked the look of the Titan projects. And there is always the possibility of a surprise on the DOW IP front.
