There has been two other resignations recently. The Company Secretary, and Non-Executive Director Luca Giacovazzi of Wyloo Metals (ie Andrew Forest). Insiders abandoning ship?

If the last 2 approvals are expected in the next few months surely you'd hang in there a little longer, especially the CEO, until those approvals came through so you can leave with a "VMY is all ready to go, I leave it in an excellent state for the next CEO to run with it"

Too many red flags here.
