Curious @Gsinc, how you can call yourself a neutral. Your posts are angry and negative. I am curious - how many shares do you own and when did you buy them?
If you bought before June 2018, you should have known the terms for earning the performance shares and anticipated and calculated in the earning of the performance shares and subsequent dilution, if you purchased after, it would have been after the dilution had already occurred and the market and the price should have represented that dilution. If you purchased on an excited market over a year after those performance shares were earned, you have ASX to blame because it is ASX that has suspended your shares which you cannot trade.
If you knew none of the above, then you only have yourself to blame.
Yes, ISX shareholders are optimistic about the outcome either with a settlement or in the courts - because we have done our research and that supporting evidence is in the public - on MAP or on the ISX site.
