Ann: Appendix 4E and FY21 Financial Report, page-32

Not sure if anyone is looking (or caring) anymore but the latest top 20 list had a few interesting points:

1) P & M MAGUIRE SUPER PTY LTD (P & M MAGUIRE S/F have increased their holding from 1,000,000 shares as per the annual report 2020 up to 8,0000 shares as indicated on the current 4E. So they have bought 7,000,000 shares all the way down in the last 12 months and have become the #2 holder. Either stupid or knows something we don't....

2) MOORE FAMILY NOMINEE PTY LTD (MOORE FAMILY SUPER FUND have increased their holding from 3,500,000 shares as per the annual report 2020 up to 8,425,020 as indicated on the current 4E. So more than doubled over the last 12 months. They are now the #3 holder.

The Moore family have been on the register for a long time and were involved in the financial support of the initial Midkine acquisition back in 2013. (see pdf below). They were the only non Japanese entity that participated. No doubt have close connections to the company.

A little odd there what looks like to be a battle of the top positions, both having different interests at hand. I wonder if there is something going on in the background that we don't know about? Maybe a TO attempt on the horizon...? Or perhaps just separately optimistic on both the company fronts.

This is all pure speculation and public available information.
