@JungleJim1 Pretty sure the MD already said the SPP to raise for $LLL will be only 10% of the new shares ( in a recent webinar). So that'll be holders eligible to purchase one for every 10 $LLL shares you (are going to) own.
I'd also put the starting MC estimate at more than double yours as I'm expecting the $FFX SP to be substantially higher than today's as we move toward listing, and based on project economics it's going to be an easy list at approx half the MC of $FFX IMHO.
Not quite sure about the listing bonus, but from memory doesn't the new entity have to list at at least $200 mill for BOD bonus bonanza?
