Look at that thin depth, i'm not sure who or why anyone would be selling when they are this close to production, have assays waiting at the labs and are drilling all of the time. There are only 317k shares for sale all up, indicates that this is going to be a gem. One big whale who sees the same value as we do and they are all gone. It would also appear that your seller is done. It should see the SP rise and FOMO kicking in.

I like this from their last announcement: "RC drilling has recently focused on up grading Inferred Resources to Indicated, as well as early testing of regional targets. Black Cat intends to drill, report and update Resources on an ongoing basis." Ounces in measured categories will bring a higher value for those doing calculations and the news can drop as soon as the assays arrive.

Meanwhile, Au looking bullish and central banks around the world are the buyers - what does that tell everyone. IMO, Au is going to be well North of the current value.
