But AT (Andy Tutor) is all that matters, imo.
A non executive director is there to fill the board.
What are your concerns (if any) about Bruce?
If you dig a bit deeper (and you'll find the connection) AT is a non executive director on another company where Andrew Pumphery is the MD. Andrew Pumphery is also a co-holder of one of NXM's tenements.
Not a cross promotion, but rather the opposite, as i have posted concerns about that company on its respective thread some months ago.
