never said it was necessary . It will effect price in the lead up to it as Investors wish to accumulate at the ' pre- consolidation ' cheaper price ie to acquire much bigger volume so they will strive to maintain these larger balances of holdings rather than be consolidated to a lessor amount. It's just an investing phenomenon which will occur.
Especially when the stock could potentially have higher ' pre- consolidation ' momentum spurred on in part by the MASSIVE Growth expectations. Better to grab them by the ' Millions ' now than prehaps a less liquid environment with only 10 or hundreds of thousands available.
