Not sure about that. I cannot see where it says you have to be in AUS ot NZ to be eligible.

it says...."It is the responsibility of any overseas Applicant to ensure compliance with all laws of any country relevant to his or her Application. The return of a duly completed Application Form will be taken by the Company to constitute a representation and warranty that there has been no violation of those laws."

It only says you must be an AUS or NZ resident to access the electronic version of the prospectus. This is not the Application form.

"If you are accessing the electronic version of the prospectus for the purpose of making an investment in Minerals 260, you must be an Australian or New Zealand resident and must only access the prospectus from within Australia or New Zealand."
