Just realised this is a double change with Co Sec going last week and MD going yesterday. Its never a good idea handing the company over to a group like FTI Consulting. They charge like wounded bulls and the interim MD can funnel any work he wants out to the consultancy with only the Board to stop him. All he has to do is declare the vested interest and report how much FTI have been paid. Its not a good move and they need to find an in-house MD pretty fast.
