I think PD Ports could be the dark horse for an okay sale. We know people are interested and they have been trying to talk down the price in the media. Now with Tesco and the power plant starting up and Corus could quite likely pull through. What's to say that there will be anything like the discount bandied around in the media.

I really see no positive noises coming out about DBCT. Kendrew only says they won't sell it if the price isn't right, this along with the delays indicates to me that so far they haven't got an offer worth considering.
