re: Ann: Avoca Reaches 44.85% at Close of Off... imo AVO management should record this one as a near miss - they almost ended up buying a woofer of a company at an inflated price, the only asset of which is 49% of one good mine. All the South Kal stuff is very tired, definitely a "mature asset" and not well run by the DIO cowboys.
Have to laugh at DIO's attempts to ramp the takeover price over the last few months only to see it fall over at the last minute, just as they were about to board the lifeboat!
