In regards to POSCO JV, it’s best not to rush these things. Could be today, tomorrow, whenever.
PLS is likely a contender for the SP Global ASX100, that is quite some feat.
They need to have a very robust balance sheet, and would likely be expected to carry a bit more cash than they have been.
I am no fan of a CR, but if the POSCO JV is the increased 30% they will need to have some serious coin, and show that they have on hand or able to draw down. Free cash flow is is likely to be looking good, but they have quite a few other commitments, I for one want to see 1m T PA as a priority also.
This is no small commitment.
A CR now when we are sitting off recent high may not be in shareholders best interest. In all likelihood we are not far away from next leg up and surpass that ATH.
Ken and the BOD may be doing us a favour dragging things out a little.
I may be totally wrong, just my opinion.
