    Yep. It's so comical to see jubilation about this! 'Continuation of the long, terminal decline' is a perfect way to describe it, but there will probably be an ironic spike in price today, partly because as you say there are plenty of... colourfully-minded folks who will see it as good news, and no doubt there will also be a strategic pump.

    The CPH comedy show goes on, so it seems.
