A combination of a few different things is what is keeping the price where it is.

Investors not having patience and thinking they can make a dollar quicker somewhere else is one of the major factors. Tends to be a viscous cycle where they get in, the price doesn't move for a few months and then they exit, keeping the price in that .004 to .006 range.

Another major factor is progress/announcements. We have been seeing some good announcements which unfortunately on their own aren't going to do much for the share price. Until we have a few more boxes ticked like a confirmed timeline for the plant upgrade, start plucking the good stuff out of the ground, the share price will be doing much of the same. That's when we can expect an announcement of positive drilling results to see the share price reach for the sky.

IMO a great opportunity for LT investors to accumulate while it is still this cheap.
