re: Ann: Non-renounceable Entitlement Offer D... Hi can anyone clarify this offer to me as I am a newbie to these kinds of offers. As I understand it for every 35 shares I hold I get one at 7.75, and I am entitled to this offer if I hold this stock til 7th of September (which is the record date). Am i correct? If anyone could help, it would be appreciated.
