So let me get this straight:
$3,000,000 in "performance" bonuses over 2021 financial year to the directors.
Net total loss on company accounts is around $9,000,000.
The 3 averaging medium, medium-large sized builds gave us only $17,000
Which means we need about 500 of such 3 builds a year to break even, which means in total we need to construct 1500 total commercial and residential buildings to break even, assuming the directors don't take a disproportionate amount of the revenue through "performance" rights.
If we can pump out one basic build a week with one machine, the entire year, that gives us about 50 builds a year on one machine, working non-stop.
Let's say we then have 50 machines, that could theoreticaly pump out 2500 builds a year, assuming working non stop. Realistically, let's make that about 1500 a year, assuming 30% roughly downtime. That should break us even.
