totally wrong craig was inspecting the base of the wall were it toes out on the floor to make sure the area was safe for a up and coming drill sample / blast pattern , it was upper management relentless push to get ore for presold boats that hadnt been mined yet.
workers had been trying to get management to invest in wall monitoring radar
i was working there at time of accident and it could of been avoided after multiple close calls with wall failure over the years
