You're quite wrong to say the SP has been sinking for months...It's averaged approx. $2.60 for the last 3 months at least. See any chart. Is this the base? who knows..but the upside is clearly more then any expected downside.
You're also unreasonable to expect a guidance when there is only an interim CFO AND many companies have elected to not have a guidance this year..
If you're seriously considering buying in you couldn't go much wrong IMHO. Why? you ask? Because just adding back the IPO costs of $45.4mil makes this alone a profitable year and hence a revised SP / MC !!
Wait till this sinks into everyone's heads n this will "fly"
