The cheaper the debt the more likelyhood that company will default on its debt or the market is indcating its liabilities is becoming worthless. If the market trades its notes in an uptrending fashion it indicates the company is in a solid financial position vis-a-vis paying its obligation. In other words the market has difficulty believing NXS has the ability to pay off its obligations.
Before anyone starts throwing a monkey I have most NXS on ignore.
