Lets run a hypothetical scenario here. If they were to do a buyback with the current cash available, wouldn't they prefer the share price to dwindle around 0.035? as in if it runs higher, more costly.
Based on the current position, they can afford to buy 800mil shares @ 0.035 to provide a 24% uplift of value!. This would also reduce SOI down to 3b mark rather than 3.8b.
As I have previously said, I rather have them reduce SOI than give me dividend for a year!.
