Definitely the right call by Dawn R and the board. I saw this coming in 1Q22 possibly but happy to see it occur sooner. A lot of activity delivered by Brad but a sever lack of merchant and MSV numbers. Constant excuses and spin responses every time when asked about Mastercard and Visa. He delivered nothing with these supposed partnerships apart from the status quo remaining which was his biggest failing in my mind. Not to mention the SP falling off a cliff. what ever he was doing was not working.

Happy to see the interim boss is cut from the large institutional size retailer cloth. Gives SPT a fighting chance to build the right culture for the long term to evolve from start up to global institutional size payments player. Onwards and upwards!!
