All I'm saying it seems a bit unfair to the small RCP holder , the unsubscribed SPP will be a discount based on 5 day average price BEFORE THE SPP ANNOUNCEMENT WAS MADE whereas the RCP holder gets the whatever the 5 day average before the close will be, and yes, your right, it's likely to go for a run before the close, but what will happen to the price when the extra heavily discounted unsubscribed stuff starts getting sold in a couple of weeks?
Yes, I could be wrong I'm just putting it out there, because the way the SPP has been set up we don't really know, has anyone sent in their SPP application?
