If this was the tip of the iceberg why not put play all your cards and bury asx? Wouldn't this be more efficient and beneficial for shareholders rather than constantly delaying proceedings?

This soc was so poorly written that JK may as well have written it himself. Makes you wonder where the legal costs are actually going

I'd be concerned if I was an isx shareholder. But I'm not. I'm enjoying this saga far too much I think

Ummm...same question can apply the other way.....why did ASX not just squash this whole saga with their "smoking gun" 23 months ago?
