Ann: Preliminary Final Report, page-39

Having read the ANN concerning the Preliminary Final Report the most disappointing aspect was not the financial content but the lack of positive information concerning the future. I know the report concentrates on the past performance but there was little or nothing to suggest any imminent actions that might happen in the future. This suggests to me that there is little to encourage investment at this point. I have had an interest in FBR for over 5 years now but still have a belief in the possible success of the company. Like most shareholders I search for a glimmer of hope regarding a surprise statement emerging from the Pivac enterprise that may begin an upward trend. As a person who enjoys Perth and the company of its inhabitants I have always thought that the City has a vibrant atmosphere and I am sure that Australia as a whole encourages innovation and enterprise. That encourages me to maintain a position of loyalty ( though I recognise it maybe misguided!) Mine is an individual view probably at odds with my fathers' advice " A fool and his money are soon parted." Perhaps we should take that on board when considering Hokeys tips both in shares and horseracing.!!!!!
