Well, I should've expected this. Other holders STILL backing JK? After this?

ISX themselves have now released documentation confirming that:
    - directors of ASX weren't involved, so it can't be some plot to take out a competitor (otherwise why would they point out that the directors weren't involved)
    - ASIC weren't there to cover ASX's behind. In fact, ASIC had suspicions before the suspension that JK had defrauded investors, but that they didn't have the smoking gun yet,

And still some investors are pretending that JK is innocent? I'm not sure whether ASIC or ASX have the evidence to reclaim the performance shares, but surely we as investors now have enough information to decide for ourselves that both ASIC and ASX had a strong belief that the performance shares weren't above board.

As for the rest of the case... I don't know what the outcome will be - there's a difference between what's known and what's provable.... There's plenty of back and forth, and don't get me wrong - i'm not thrilled about how ASX have handled this, and ASIC clearly just left them high and dry and one stage... but surely most of us can now accept how this investigation started, and it was significant suspicion by both ASIC and ASX of JK behaving badly.
