The problem is people running the approvals department will be ideologically opposed to uranium mining. The government attracts these leftie greenie enviro huggers who will do all they can to stonewall. The general public want lots of cheap energy and the clowns think that means wind and solar, when infact if you shut down coal and gas no one could afford what little electricity would be available.

If the government approves a uranium mine half the population would shit themselves thinking they're all going to die. Its all a big joke really.
