i don't understand why this should be negative News. Or delays. Nothing in there speaks delay to me. You ACS ad if only mining permits is the only thing that should come out. Maybe that is not what you say but i have that impression. Why shouldn't there be any of positive news except permits? This is a good news that wheels are turning, simple as that.
